Free 30-Minute Call
A real scoping call where we find one job worth doing — automation, website or tool — and I tell you which fits.
Free · 30 minutes · no obligation
Perfect for: any small business that suspects "this is taking too long" but hasn't worked out which "this."
What you get
- 30-minute call (Zoom, phone, or in-person if you're Leeds-central)
- One concrete workflow we'd build for you, named and scoped
- A written summary of the next two we'd build after that
- A rough estimate (Single Workflow / AI System / not-a-fit) so you can budget
- If you're not a fit — an honest "no" and one referral if I know one
What you don't
- A 60-page audit deck. We have 30 minutes.
- A pressure pitch. The follow-up email is one paragraph, not seven.
- Any actual built automation — that's a paid build. The call just maps it.
How it runs
Quick intro · five questions about how your week actually works ·
we name one workflow · we name two more · I email you a written
summary within four working hours. Done.
Sample deliverable
Subject: Your scoping-call summary — Leeds Bistro Co
"Workflow we'd start with: an inbound-booking classifier that reads
your reservations@ inbox, separates real bookings from spam and
promo, drafts the standard reply for each, and posts it in your
Slack #front-of-house for one-click confirm. Five days, £500.
Two more after that: weekly digest of no-shows, and an ingredient-
order reminder that fires when supplier emails go quiet…"
FAQ
- Why is this free?
- It's how I demonstrate fit. Most calls don't lead to work, and that's fine — the ones that do convert because we agreed exactly what we were doing on the call.
- Will you try to sell me?
- I'll quote you a tier and a price. That's it. If you say "let me think," I send the summary and don't chase.
- Do I have to be in Leeds?
- No — most calls are remote. Leeds-based businesses get the option of in-person.
- What if I want to start before the call?
- Skip straight to a Single Workflow. The free call only saves time if you're not sure yet.
