What you don't
- An "agent" that runs unchecked. Drafts go to a Slack/email queue for one-click approve.

- A vendor lock. We use your Google/Notion/Stripe — no proprietary "platform" you'd lose access to if I went away.

FAQ
- Where does Claude run? How is it billed?
- Either through your Anthropic API key (your bill, transparent) or via a Claude Max plan I provision (we add ~£18/mo to retainer). I'll show you the cost difference at kickoff so you choose.
- What if my data is sensitive?
- Anthropic's API doesn't train on prompts. We can also configure prompt caching and run locally where the data is genuinely sensitive. Discussed at kickoff.
- Can it auto-send emails?
- Technically yes; by default no. I will not enable auto-send without you signing off in writing — it's the single most expensive failure mode.
- What does month 2+ look like?
- Either you run it yourselves (no monthly fee), or take a Keep-it-running plan for maintenance and improvements — Care from £150/mo, Active £450/mo (a new automation each quarter), or Partner £900/mo (one a month, priority).
