Guarantees
Design guarantee: every build includes two rounds of consolidated
revisions, and you sign off the homepage direction before I build the rest — so we
catch any "that's not it" early. Further rounds beyond the two are billed at £75/h,
agreed with you first.
First-month promise: if a paid build isn't doing what we agreed
within 30 days, I fix it free — or refund it.
FAQ
- Is it really live in a week?
- A Starter Site, yes — if you get me your content and sign off the look quickly. A Business Site is about two weeks. The usual delay is waiting on copy or photos; I tell you exactly what I need on day one so nothing stalls.
- Do I own it, or am I renting?
- You own it. The code sits in your GitHub, on your domain, hosted on your Cloudflare account. Cancel the Care Plan and everything keeps running — no site held hostage.
- What if I don't like the design?
- Every build includes two rounds of revisions, and you approve the homepage direction before I build the other pages, so we're never far off. If you want more rounds beyond the two, they're £75/h and agreed with you first — no surprise bill.
- Do I need a Care Plan?
- No. They're for people who'd rather never touch the site again — hosting from £39/mo (Lite), edits and updates on Care (£79/mo), and local + AI-search visibility on Care+ (£149/mo). Skip it and you self-manage, or pay per edit when you need one.
- Can you do a shop, or a big custom feature?
- A simple shop or booking, yes. If you need logins, a client portal, or a real dashboard, that's the Custom Tools & Web Apps line — I'll point you there rather than bolt it awkwardly onto a website.
- Who am I actually working with?
- Me — Matin, a solo builder in Leeds. One person who builds it and answers the phone, not an agency handing you to a junior. I build fast with modern tools and I'll always tell you what I can and can't do well.
